Traumatic experiences can affect every part of daily life and overall well-being. Each person’s response to trauma is unique, shaped by both individual circumstances and inner strengths that have supported their resilience.
This virtual support group offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals who have experienced trauma—such as physical, emotional, or sexual abuse; neglect; witnessing violence; domestic abuse; bullying; or prolonged medical hardship. The group focuses on collective healing and empowerment through reflection, connection, and shared understanding.
Grounded in positive psychology, sessions explore themes that foster growth and well-being, including mindfulness, gratitude, and post-traumatic growth. Together, members work toward rebuilding a sense of safety, meaning, and resilience in the face of adversity.
