The journey through grief can stir a wide range of emotions—often painful, confusing, and unpredictable. Losing someone you love is never easy, and it can also feel deeply isolating. Sometimes, the pain of loss is difficult to put into words, but sharing that experience with others who truly understand can bring comfort and connection. At some point in our lives, we are all touched by grief. Learning to live with the loss of a loved one doesn’t have to be something you face alone. Whether you’re mourning a partner, family member, friend, or anyone who held a special place in your life, this virtual grief support group offers a space for healing in community. Together, members find emotional support, learn coping strategies, and explore ways to care for themselves as they navigate their unique paths toward healing. The group meets weekly and provides a compassionate environment where each person’s grief is honored and understood.
