Psychotherapist

Hannah is a compassionate mental health counselor whose work is grounded in empowerment, collaboration, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She has experience working with clients navigating emotional challenges across a range of concerns, from life transitions and relational stressors to patterns that affect mood, self-regulation, identity, and day-to-day functioning. She is especially attuned to clients who feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from their sense of agency, and she strives to help clients reconnect with their strengths while making meaning amidst difficult experiences.
Hannah’s strengths-based and evidence-informed clinical approach integrates Adlerian, person-centered, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and positive psychological interventions, creating a nonjudgemental therapeutic space where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered. She values meeting clients where they are, both honoring their role as the experts of their own lives and believing that meaningful change often occurs through a balance of support and gentle challenge.
Hannah’s therapeutic presence is characterized by curiosity, humor, and warmth. She prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships and approaches clients with genuine interest, collaboration, and authenticity, working alongside them to build insight, confidence, and practical tools aligned with their goals and values. With a professional background in education, advocacy, and nonprofit work, Hannah also brings a strong foundation in psychoeducation and social-emotional learning to her clinical practice. Committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care, Hannah has experience working with clients across diverse cultures, abilities, and life stages. She takes a holistic perspective, recognizing the powerful connections between emotional wellbeing, social relationships, and broader cultural and systemic influences.
Hannah holds a limited permit in mental health counseling and is a graduate of Pace University’s CACREP-accredited Mental Health Counseling M.S. Program. Prior to completing her counseling education, Hannah also earned a B.A. in political science from Pace University.
