After the Breakup: Rebuilding, Reconnecting & Moving Forward

virtual support group for breakups

This weekly group supports individuals navigating the emotional aftermath of a breakup, divorce, or separation. Whether the relationship ended recently or members are still struggling to move forward, the group offers a space to process grief, understand relationship patterns, rebuild self-confidence, and reconnect with themselves beyond the relationship. Members will explore the emotional experience of loss while developing practical tools for managing difficult emotions, challenging unhelpful thinking, establishing healthy boundaries, and rebuilding their sense of identity. The group emphasizes that healing is not simply about “getting over” someone, but about understanding the experience, reconnecting with oneself, and intentionally creating what comes next.
