Psychotherapist

Natalie provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families, with a particular focus on relational dynamics and emotional well-being. She supports clients navigating challenging relationships, family conflicts, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions. Natalie is committed to creating a safe, affirming, and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. She integrates somatic and mind-body techniques, mindfulness practices, and evidence-based interventions to support emotional regulation, healing, and personal growth.
Natalie approaches therapy as a collaborative, compassionate, and deeply relational process. She draws on a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—to help clients process emotions, deepen insight, and strengthen connections with themselves and others. Her work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and family systems frameworks, and is further enriched by an intersectional, culturally-responsive, and decolonization-informed approach.
Specializing in couples and relational work, Natalie supports partners, friends, and families in navigating conflict, improving communication, and fostering deeper connection. She also works with individuals seeking to understand their relational patterns, build self-awareness, and heal from past experiences. Natalie’s practice situates personal challenges within broader social and systemic contexts, helping clients make meaning, cultivate resilience, and develop healthier patterns across relationships.
Natalie earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from NYU, where she is currently completing her doctoral degree. She brings a research-informed and socially conscious lens to her clinical work and leads ongoing research examining how systemic factors, discrimination, and cultural dynamics influence mental health and relational well-being.
