While stress is a natural part of life, it can become overwhelming when tied to the extraordinary impact of a traumatic experience. Interpersonal traumas—such as sexual assault, rape, domestic or intimate partner violence, or physical, sexual, or emotional abuse in childhood—can leave lasting effects that disrupt your sense of safety, trust, and connection. Survivors often carry feelings of fear, shame, or guilt, and may struggle with isolation or the belief that others can’t truly understand.
This virtual support group offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help reduce those feelings of isolation and foster healing. Together, members focus on reclaiming safety, rebuilding self-trust, and moving from surviving to thriving.
