Whether you’re grappling with a minor anger issue you’d like to address early on or are facing a significant challenge that’s impacting your life and relationships, this group could provide meaningful support tailored to your needs. This weekly group consists of topics that are targeted to help you better understand your anger and learn how to effectively manage and reverse destructive behavior patterns. It is also intended to equip you with specific skills that will enhance your interpersonal relationships and improve your self-esteem.
